📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Drive sales growth through effective account management strategies.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.,Monitor account performance and provide regular reports to management.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve quarterly and annual targets.,Identify new business opportunities and propose strategies to capture them.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to key accounts.,Stay updated on industry trends and market developments.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or account management.,Strong understanding of the dairy industry and market trends.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficient in using sales and CRM software.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
