📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in processing and managing purchase orders.,Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of medical supplies and equipment.,Maintain and update inventory records.,Monitor stock levels and place reorder requests as needed.,Assist in negotiating prices and terms with suppliers.,Prepare and submit purchase requisitions and reports.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Provide excellent customer service to internal departments.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement.,Strong knowledge of purchasing and inventory management processes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office.,Familiarity with healthcare industry standards and regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
