📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide expert advice on skincare and makeup products to customers, helping them find the best solutions for their beauty needs.
• Assist customers with product selection, application techniques, and aftercare advice.
• Stock and organize beauty products on the sales floor, ensuring a well-presented and attractive display.
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, using cash registers and point-of-sale systems.
• Maintain a high level of customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Promote and upsell beauty products, using your knowledge of the brand and customer preferences.
• Participate in inventory management and restocking activities, ensuring that the beauty department is well-stocked.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in the beauty industry, attending training sessions and workshops as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• At least 1-2 years of experience in beauty sales, retail, or customer service.
• Strong knowledge of skincare and makeup products, with a passion for beauty and personal grooming.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and retail management software.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with beauty industry trends and promotions.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds (9 kg) of products.
• High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong interest in the beauty industry.
