📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the preparation of tax returns for individuals and businesses, ensuring accuracy and compliance with tax regulations.,Provide guidance and support to junior tax officers, helping them to develop their skills and knowledge.,Review and approve the work of junior tax officers, ensuring that it meets the required standards.,Stay up-to-date with changes in tax law and regulations, and ensure that the team is aware of these changes.,Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize the tax liability of our clients.,Provide excellent customer service to clients, answering their questions and addressing their concerns.,Attend tax seminars, workshops, and conferences to stay current with industry trends and best practices.,Prepare and present reports to management on the status of tax returns and compliance with tax regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax accounting, with a strong focus on tax compliance.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.,Experience with tax software and accounting systems is a plus.
