📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create detailed technical drawings and specifications for MEP systems, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure accurate and timely project execution.
Prepare shop drawings, material take-offs, and construction documents.
Review and approve drawings and documents to ensure compliance with industry standards and project requirements.
Collaborate with project teams to resolve technical issues and challenges.
Stay updated with the latest industry standards, software, and technologies.
Ensure all drawings and documents are accurate, clear, and meet project specifications.
Participate in project meetings and provide technical input as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in MEP drafting or a similar role.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant drafting software.
Strong understanding of MEP systems, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.
English language proficiency (written and spoken).
