As an Operations Executive, you'll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our commercial vehicle fleet, ensuring that all vehicles are maintained to the highest standards and that drivers are trained and supported to deliver exceptional service. You'll work closely with our logistics team to optimize routes, manage schedules, and ensure timely deliveries. This role offers a competitive salary of USD 2500 - 3500 per month, reflecting your skills and the value you'll bring to our team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the commercial vehicle fleet, ensuring all vehicles are maintained to the highest standards.
Conduct regular vehicle inspections and maintenance checks using tools like Fleet Management System (FMS) and Maintenance Management System (MMS).
Manage and train drivers to ensure they adhere to safety protocols and deliver exceptional service.
Optimize routes and schedules to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
Monitor and report on vehicle performance and fuel consumption, identifying areas for improvement.
Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards.
Maintain accurate records of all vehicle operations and maintenance activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial vehicle operations or a similar role.
Proven experience with fleet management software such as SAP FMS or similar.
Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
