As a Banquet Staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our events run smoothly and provide exceptional service to our clients.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning and coordination of banquet events, including guest lists, seating arrangements, and event programs.,Coordinate with catering vendors to ensure food and beverage services meet the client's requirements.,Set up and decorate banquet venues according to the client's specifications.,Greet and assist guests upon arrival, ensuring they feel welcome and comfortable.,Monitor the event to ensure it runs according to schedule and that all services are provided as agreed.,Assist in the cleanup and reset of the banquet venue after the event.,Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality or event planning industry.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with event planning software and tools is a plus.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
