• Manage and maintain lease agreements, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with legal and financial teams to ensure accurate and timely lease documentation.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders, addressing their queries and concerns promptly.
• Monitor lease renewals and expirations, and prepare reports for management.
• Assist in the preparation of lease-related financial statements and reports.

• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of lease administration policies and procedures.
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of lease records and documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in lease administration or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of lease agreements, contracts, and legal requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with lease management software is a plus.
