Berkah Hana Store is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Deputy Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Sales Manager in achieving sales targets and driving the growth of our retail business. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Sales Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.,Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and trends.,Prepare and present sales reports to the management team, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote our products and services through various channels.,Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.,Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and minimize waste.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve sales performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales-related role, preferably in the retail industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding revenue goals.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with customers and clients.,Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.,Familiarity with sales software and tools is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian is required.
