LUMEN Pratama is actively seeking a Fleet Coordinator to join our team in Ambon. This is an urgent position that requires immediate availability. As a Fleet Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating our fleet operations, ensuring smooth and efficient transportation services. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the daily operations of the fleet, including scheduling, dispatching, and monitoring of vehicles.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance, fuel consumption, and mileage.,Coordinate with drivers, mechanics, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues or concerns related to the fleet.,Monitor and report on fleet performance, including on-time delivery rates, fuel efficiency, and vehicle utilization.,Conduct regular inspections of vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition.,Provide support and guidance to drivers to improve their performance and safety.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
