📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees,Administer and manage employee benefits and compensation packages,Maintain and update employee records and files,Facilitate employee training and development programs,Handle employee relations and conflict resolution,Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and analysis

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum 2 years of experience in HR roles,Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations in Indonesia,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Fluency in English is a plus
