AETHER Nusantara is looking for a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to join our team in Pontianak, Kalimantan Barat. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our branch, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service. You will also be responsible for managing a team of staff and ensuring that they are motivated and productive.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to the highest standard.,Manage a team of staff, providing guidance and support where needed, and ensuring that they are motivated and productive.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, both existing and new, to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.,Develop and implement strategies to improve the performance of the branch and increase customer satisfaction.,Monitor and analyze branch performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Manage the branch budget, ensuring that all expenses are controlled and that the branch is profitable.,Attend and participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to ensure that all staff are up-to-date with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and staff.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to monitor and analyze branch performance.,Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.,Knowledge of the banking and financial services industry is a plus.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines.
