📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.,Manage a team of warehouse staff, providing training and guidance as needed.,Implement and maintain inventory control systems to minimize errors and maximize accuracy.,Coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure timely delivery and receipt of goods.,Monitor warehouse safety protocols and ensure compliance with all regulations.,Analyze warehouse performance metrics and implement improvements as necessary.,Maintain accurate records of all warehouse transactions and inventory levels.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of warehouse operations with overall business goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and standards for warehouse operations.,Proven track record of improving warehouse efficiency and productivity.,Valid driver's license and ability to operate a forklift or other warehouse equipment.
