As the Lead Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and play a crucial role in ensuring their satisfaction and comfort during their stay. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, providing a warm and friendly reception.,Answer and direct inquiries from guests, staff, and visitors.,Handle check-in and check-out processes efficiently and accurately.,Manage front desk operations, including reservations, cancellations, and room assignments.,Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Maintain a clean and organized reception area, including handling mail and packages.,Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.,Assist in training and supervising junior receptionists.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Receptionist or Front Office Assistant.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with hotel management software and systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Valid SIM card and ability to drive a company vehicle.
