PT Tani Sakti is seeking a dedicated Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Singkawang. This is an immediate opening, and we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to manage our logistics operations efficiently.

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the movement of goods, ensuring that our supply chain runs smoothly. You will work closely with our distribution centers, suppliers, and delivery partners to maintain optimal inventory levels and customer satisfaction.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and coordinate all aspects of logistics operations, including inventory management, order processing, and transportation.
  • Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels to meet customer demand.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and transportation providers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Track and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance logistics processes.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of logistics software and systems, such as ERP, WMS, or TMS.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and customs procedures.
  • Proficient in English and Indonesian.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
