Oversee and manage daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity,Develop and implement strategies to improve operational processes,Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth workflow,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations,Manage and mentor a team of operational staff,Handle and resolve operational issues and challenges,Ensure the safety and well-being of all staff and facilities

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices,Excellent leadership and team management skills,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,Proficiency in using operational software and tools,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
