📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, cakes, and desserts according to recipes and customer requirements.,Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Manage inventory and ordering of ingredients.,Train and supervise junior staff.,Contribute to menu development and innovation.,Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of creating high-quality pastries and desserts.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with local and international pastry trends.,Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.,Valid food handling certificate.
