As a Procurement Staff, you will be responsible for managing our procurement processes, ensuring that we source high-quality materials and products at competitive prices.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize procurement processes to ensure cost efficiency and timely delivery of materials and products.,Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure a steady supply of high-quality materials and products.,Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock levels.,Evaluate and select new suppliers to ensure a diverse and competitive supplier base.,Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.,Provide regular reports on procurement activities and performance metrics to management.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the procurement department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.,Excellent negotiation and communication skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
