📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Conduct job analyses and create job descriptions and specifications.
• Source and screen potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and assess candidate qualifications.
• Provide feedback to candidates and maintain a positive and professional image of the company.
• Monitor and report on recruitment metrics and KPIs.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
• Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the healthcare industry.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment software and tools, such as ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
