📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food cost control.,Ensure that the restaurant meets health and safety standards, and maintain a clean and comfortable dining environment.,Train and develop restaurant staff to maintain high standards of service and food quality.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Ensure that the restaurant adheres to company policies and procedures.,Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that the restaurant's needs are met.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or equivalent role in the food service industry.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with both staff and customers.,Knowledge of restaurant operations, including inventory management, food cost control, and staff scheduling.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Experience with POS systems and other restaurant management software.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
