📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's financial records and ensure accuracy and completeness of all financial transactions.,Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations, including GAAP and local tax laws.,Conduct regular financial analysis and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.,Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.,Manage the accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections.,Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and provide financial forecasts.,Train and mentor junior accountants and provide guidance on accounting procedures and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior accounting role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and local tax laws.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with dental clinic operations and financial management in the healthcare industry is a plus.
