📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead the architectural design process from concept to completion, ensuring projects meet client requirements and regulatory standards.,Develop and maintain design standards and guidelines for the team.,Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate architectural design with structural, mechanical, and electrical systems.,Prepare and present design proposals, including cost estimates and construction schedules.,Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and sustainability standards.,Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.,Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in architectural design and construction.,Manage project documentation and ensure accurate and timely delivery of design packages.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in architectural design, with a focus on mixed-use and infrastructure projects.,Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.,Strong understanding of building codes, zoning laws, and sustainability standards.,Excellent communication and project management skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Proven track record of successful project delivery and client satisfaction.,Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
