We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Commis Chef to join our team in Sumedang. As a Senior Commis Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking food for our restaurant. You will work closely with our Head Chef to ensure that our food is prepared to the highest standards. This is a full-time position, and we offer a competitive salary and benefits package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook food according to recipes and standards.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen.,Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met.,Work efficiently and effectively to meet production targets.,Assist the Head Chef in training and developing junior staff.,Manage inventory and ensure all ingredients are available and fresh.,Participate in menu planning and development.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Commis Chef or similar role.,Proven experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment.,Familiarity with Indonesian cuisine and international cuisines.,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects.,Proficiency in English is a plus.
