📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Manage and mentor a team of sales consultants, providing training and support.,Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key accounts.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Promote products and services to increase brand awareness and sales.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Collaborate with marketing and other departments to support sales initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong leadership and team management abilities.,Proficiency in using sales software and CRM systems.,Knowledge of the local market and consumer behavior.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
