Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons that align with the curriculum and meet the needs of individual students,Assess student progress and provide feedback to help students improve and achieve their full potential,Create and maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes respect, collaboration, and critical thinking,Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the smooth running of the school and the delivery of a high-quality education,Stay up-to-date with the latest educational trends and best practices, and incorporate these into your teaching,Participate in school events and activities, and represent the school positively both inside and outside the classroom,Manage classroom resources and ensure that they are used effectively to support learning,Promote the school's values and ethos, and model these in your own behavior and practice

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience in a similar role,Strong knowledge of the curriculum and pedagogical approaches,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work collaboratively and manage classroom resources effectively,Commitment to promoting equality, diversity, and inclusion in the classroom,Ability to stay up-to-date with the latest educational trends and best practices,Passionate about education and committed to fostering a positive learning environment
