📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge,Design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and seminars to employees,Assess training needs and design programs to address these needs,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs,Collaborate with department heads to ensure training programs align with business goals,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development,Proven track record of successfully designing and implementing training programs,Strong communication and presentation skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Proficiency in using training management software and other relevant tools,Fluency in Indonesian and English
