As an MFP Technician at Modern International, you will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining a variety of multi-function printers, including but not limited to HP, Canon, and Epson models. You will also troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Install, configure, and maintain multi-function printers (MFP) from various brands including HP, Canon, and Epson.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to MFPs, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
Perform routine maintenance and calibration of MFPs to extend their lifespan and ensure reliability.
Monitor printer performance and usage, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
Provide technical support to end-users, assisting with setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in MFP technology and industry best practices.
Collaborate with the IT team to integrate MFPs with existing office networks and systems.
Document all technical procedures, maintenance schedules, and troubleshooting steps for future reference.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as an MFP Technician or in a related field.
In-depth knowledge of multi-function printers, including their features, functions, and maintenance requirements.
Familiarity with popular MFP brands and models, such as HP PageWide, Canon imageRUNNER, and Epson EcoTank.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
Proficiency in using technical tools and software, such as HP Smart, Canon iR-ADV, and Epson Connect.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines.
Valid certification in MFP technology or related field is a plus.
