Our restaurant is known for its elegant ambiance, diverse menu, and exceptional service. As a Restaurant Server, you will be the face of our restaurant, ensuring that every guest leaves with a memorable dining experience.

In this role, you will be responsible for greeting guests, taking orders, and ensuring that our menu items are prepared and served promptly. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized dining area, and ensuring that our restaurant meets all health and safety regulations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Take and relay orders to the kitchen staff accurately and efficiently
• Ensure that all menu items are prepared and served promptly and correctly
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, chairs, and restrooms
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and securely
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve any guest complaints or concerns
• Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed
• Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed in the dining area

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Server or similar role in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast or Square is a plus
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Familiarity with Indonesian culture and customs is a plus
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 20 pounds
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
