Based in Tanah Abang, Jakarta Raya, you'll be part of a team that drives our export operations forward, with competitive salary ranging from Rp 8,000,000 to Rp 12,000,000 per month.

As an Export Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the entire export process, including order processing, documentation, customs clearance, and shipment tracking. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure that all export operations are executed efficiently and in accordance with international trade regulations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the entire export process, from order processing to final shipment.
• Prepare and maintain accurate export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth export operations.
• Track and manage export shipments, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with shipping terms.
• Provide support and guidance to internal teams on export-related matters.
• Monitor and report on export performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Stay updated with changes in international trade regulations and industry best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in export operations, trade documentation, or a related field.
• Proficient in using export management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Strong understanding of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and shipping terms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Certification in export operations or international trade is a plus.
