Daily, you'll engage with customers, offering personalized advice and recommendations tailored to their unique health needs. You'll leverage your expertise in health and wellness to create a seamless shopping experience, ensuring customers leave satisfied and informed. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide expert advice on health and wellness products, helping customers make informed decisions.
• Assist customers in selecting the right supplements, vitamins, and health products based on their specific needs.
• Conduct health screenings and offer personalized wellness plans.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and innovations in the health and wellness industry.
• Promote Watsons' health and wellness range through in-store demonstrations and educational sessions.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure a high standard of customer service and product knowledge.
• Manage inventory and restocking of health and wellness products.
• Participate in sales promotions and initiatives to drive customer engagement and sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences, Nutrition, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in health and wellness, preferably in a retail environment.
• Certification in health and wellness, such as a Certified Health Coach or similar, is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of health and wellness products, including supplements, vitamins, and natural remedies.
• Familiarity with Watsons' product range and brand guidelines.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Fluent in Indonesian and English.
