📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the network in Bangko, ensuring smooth and efficient logistics processes.
• Monitor network performance and address any issues that arise.
• Implement improvements and best practices to enhance network efficiency and service quality.
• Coordinate with the team to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
• Maintain and update network documentation and records.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and communication.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Provide training and support to the team to enhance their skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the logistics industry.
• Proficient in using logistics management software such as SAP, JDA, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of network operations and logistics processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with the logistics industry in Indonesia, particularly in Jambi, is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
